• Group personal training50 €/h

  Group personal training can be booked for up to five people with topics customized to your wishes. The price for personal training is 50 euros plus 10 euros for each additional person.

• Online coaching119 €/h

  Online coaching includes personal training once a month, a training plan, and online guidance. Price 119 euros per month.

Additional information

I am an EKR5 certified powerlifting and gym coach, and have been working as a coach since 2018. I welcome both beginners starting out in the gym and already competing athletes. I have a Master's degree in Sports Science from the University of Tartu and am the owner of Tartu Private Gym. As a coach, I have experience with gym beginners as well as athletes who have won medals at international championships and broken world records. Under my guidance, you can train in person privately at Tartu Private Gym, and I also offer online coaching for those living elsewhere in Estonia or anywhere in the world.
