Greetings! I am a certified personal trainer (EQF Level 4) ready to help you achieve better physical health, fitness, and appearance. I operate in Tartu 24-7 Fitness clubs (Raadi, Sepa keskus, Sõbrakeskus, Ihaste). My main goal is to help people realize that a "better" reflection in the mirror or improved physical health does not require huge sacrifices, strict diets, or prevent you from enjoying life. Positive change starts with small steps that ultimately lead to a healthier, better lifestyle.
