I have a background in track and field, focusing mainly on technical events (throws, puts). I graduated from the sports school called TSIK (now Audentes). I got into disc golf and have been playing since 2015. Today I can say that it is a game you can practice at a hobby or elite level for the rest of your life. Disc golf provides a great opportunity to spend time in nature and take your mind off the hustle and bustle of modern life. Since it is a technical sport, I have constantly taken my throwing technique apart and put it back together, always with the goal of improving. I also like to compete and participate in the Estonian Championships in both winter and summer.
