• Swimming Personal Training

  Personal training for all levels – for both children and adults. When conducting training, I base it on the learner's level and wishes. Swimming pools: Loo Sports Centre, Järveküla swimming pool and Sõle Sports Centre

• Individual triathlon training plan

  If you wish to complete a triathlon or participate in Ironman 70.3 and want to embark on this journey together with a coach, I am here to help. The training plan is individualized for you! Price 110€/month

Experience: Swimming coach since 2018 Triathlon coach since 2019 I hold the EOK Category V swimming coach and triathlon coach qualifications. A little about me: From 2014-2017 I was a member of the Estonian youth and junior triathlon national team, with my best international achievement being 5th place. 3x Estonian champion in triathlon in the youth and junior age groups. After finishing my own competitive sports career, I decided to further develop sports from a coach's perspective and I truly enjoy helping people on their sporting journey EOK "Future Coach" scholarship holder 2019 In 2022 I started my own sports club Spordiklubi Triverk, which daily conducts swimming training for all age groups (starting from babies up to adults) at Loo Sports Hall. In addition, we create individual training plans for triathletes (with a greater focus on beginner triathletes).
